By accessing or using Document Reader, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Document Reader is a mobile application that allows you to view various document formats including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and text files. The app is available in both free and premium versions.

3. User Accounts and Purchases

Premium features are available through in-app purchases:

Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing monthly premium access
Yearly Subscription: Auto-renewing yearly premium access
Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent premium access

All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's terms of service.

4. Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store settings.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Document Reader, you agree to:

Use the app only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
Not use the app to access copyrighted materials illegally
Not interfere with the app's security features

6. Intellectual Property

Document Reader and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. File Access and Storage

Document Reader requires storage permission to access and display your documents. We do not:

Upload your files to any server
Share your documents with third parties
Access files without your explicit action

8. Advertisements

The free version of Document Reader displays advertisements. Premium users enjoy an ad-free experience. Advertisements are provided by third-party networks and are subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Document Reader is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
All document formats will render perfectly
The app will meet all your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or by updating this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
